Please complete this form and click "Send" , all vehicles or displays must fill in this form to book a space, people arriving without this may be turned away on the day if we do not have space.

All Vehicles must be road worthy and carry Insurance.
All Displays must be covered by PLI Insurance and meet current requirements in regards to de-activated weopens.
An event pack will be sent to each group approx. 1 month before the event, this outlines all the details and requirements for the event including the Incident report number that will be logged with the police to cover the event.
The Railway representatives will have the right to refuse entrance into the display areas for any groups or vehicles if they are not booked in or do not meet the appropriate standard for the event.
Only Vehicles dated up to 1950 will be allowed in the vehicle display area at Dereham.
Booking in a vehicle will allow you to claim 2 free passes per vehicle for the weekend.

Can my Living history group display at this event ?
Yes, please complete the application form and we will let you know if we can fit you in.
Can I bring a period vehicle to this event ?
Yes, please complete the application form and as long as your vehicle is pre1950 we will let you know.
Vehicles can be displayed at Dereham and Wymondham stations.
Can I wear period outfits ?
Yes, please do, we encourage people to dress the part for the weekend and get into the spirit of the event.
